The School employs approximately 180 teaching staff and over 100 administrative, tuition support, grounds and maintenance staff who work together to inspire every student to reach their potential.

They attend and present at conferences and workshops, participate in internal professional learning forums and leadership programs, and complete further formal studies. Many of these activities are well supported financially by the School, and through the Pembroke Academy, staff as individuals and as a whole are uplifted in their ongoing learning and career development.
